Overwatch In one of the most enjoyable patches of the year, April Fools' Day and April Fool's Day came together as the game was revamped with a variety of gags. The most immediately recognizable thing is Overwatch's heroes, and they look as foolish as people hope they will. What's even better is that the special LTM is displayed as a text string via the in-game menu (or, in this year's case, Underwatch) to make it look like Team 4 accidentally uploaded it. The mode also features Blizzard's humorous patch notes and new voice lines for the character, seen as a parody of the balance update that gave the hero the wacky ability to crack jokes in community discussions. But this year, all I can think of is an unofficial April Fool's Day joke.
Besides Underwatch Overwatch's latest April Fool's Day celebration features the Pachimari program icon in the taskbar, acting as a little joke for PC users.
Overwatch Officially Reveals Next Hero
Overwatch is lifting the curtain on heroes coming in Season 2 of Reign of Talon, giving fans a first look at the following playable characters.
Overwatch's DC collab is clearly fake, but it still hurts
with marvel rivals existing now, dream Overwatch And while the Marvel collaboration is all but gone, there's still hope for a team-up with DC, a comics brand I love just as much. So when I opened up Reddit this morning, I laughed out loud when I saw a post with a screenshot from an unofficial source: Overwatch Cavalry. Overwatch Skin leakage, etc. My eyes were glued to Superman Soldier: 76, Batman Cassidy, and Wonder Woman Vendetta, and the final combo fit so perfectly and the models looked so good that I immediately bought them. Then I read the caption.
In Overwatch Cavalry's defense, the joke was made perfectly clear. April 31st isn't a real day, and why did you choose Cassidy as a character who hates guns (especially since if Genji exists, his shurikens could easily be replaced with Batarangs)? There are also references to fictional games. DC Allies To drive the gag home. But as one of the countless people who forgot what day it was and was fooled by April Fools' Day jokes, I still feel heartbroken. Look, this joke was good, but it's also what I was hoping for the most. Overwatch A collaboration and something I have been hoping to see confirmed for a long time has now been confirmed.

What other skins would be suitable for the DC x Overwatch collaboration?
As the proud owner of over 100 DC omnibuses, it didn't take me long to come up with a variety of skins to add that go well beyond Trinity (Supes and Bats should definitely go for other heroes instead of Soldier and Cassidy. Maybe Rein and Genji, but I like the Vendetta x Wonder Woman idea). Potential DC and Overwatch Collaboration skins may include, but are not necessarily limited to:

Unless James Gunn gets his wish and the DC hero shooter becomes a rival. marvel rivals For it to actually be made, Blizzard and DC will have to work together like they did yesterday. The skins above only scratch the surface of what a collaboration between the two properties could look like, as it could easily justify multiple rounds of skins. With maps themed to places like Gotham and LTM that give heroes equally viable DC-like abilities, I'll continue to hope that this April Fool's Day gag isn't the closest we'll get to such a collaboration. More than any prank I've seen today, this idea fits the expression 'If I don't laugh, I'll cry.'
