There are two post-credits scenes in the Super Mario Galaxy movie.

WARNING: There may be spoilers for the Super Mario Galaxy movie. The release of the Super Mario Galaxy movie is literally just days away. Still, that hasn't stopped the hype train from picking up speed. Just days after it was revealed that Fox McCloud of Star Fox fame will be making his grand return to the big screen, and that he will be voiced by none other than Glen Powell, it has now been stated that Super Mario Galaxy will have not one, but two post-credits scenes.

That means you'll want to stay seated long after the credits roll for the sequel to the Super Mario Bros. movie.

It's not just fans who are excited about Star Fox's movie debut.

The people behind Fox McCloud are happy that he is so loved.

This information comes via movie superfan Matt Ramos, who shared on social media that The Super Mario Galaxy Movie is following the cue laid out by other major movie events in having multiple post-credits teasers.

Of course, we don't yet know what's in the post-credits scene. After all, there are only four days left until April 1st. That means it won't take long to find out what's in store for the future of the Nintendo Cinematic Universe.

That said, now that we know there are two post-credits scenes, if spoilers are a major fear for you, you might want to avoid the internet or mute almost every word from the Nintendo universe.

The post-credits scene will be a Super Smash Bros. invitation. Right?

As exciting as the prospect of the two post-credits scenes is, it's not like the Super Mario Bros. movies have shied away from them thus far. In fact, the first movie had as much of a post-credits scene as it did Yoshi's teasing.

So what can we expect from the sequel? Well, after Fox McCloud was revealed, all bets are on the table at this point. Wario's reveal is the main theory, but with Fox giving him a role in the film, there's some sort of Super Smash Bros. There's a lot of hope in the teaser.

Considering there are two post-credits scenes, I think they're both appropriate. Of course, it goes without saying that one or both of those teasers may ultimately amount to nothing, as other movies have done with post-credits jokes before.

Mario Wonder's Luma in front of the blue and white Sonic 2 emblem.

Luma from Mario Wonder is a useful sidekick. I always wanted Tails to be in Sonic 2.

Mario Wonder's playable Luma actually helps you out in the way my 4-year-old self expected Tails to do in Sonic 2.
