First of all, even though everything else you request after this point is free, if you don't have an Executive Office in GTA Online, you will incur a cost for this part. It can be done from any executive office, so if you already have an office, you're all set, no matter where it is located. If not, you'll need a PC to buy a warehouse to store Rocket Voltic, so buy one.

Change costs a lot in an executive office, but not in a warehouse. Free claim and storage at LSIA vehicle warehouse until April 1st. Good news for those of you reading this after March 25th. It's a shame you missed Rocket Voltic, but at least you got something out of it.

In fact, there will be other vehicles that you can request for free starting March 26th. It's not as flashy as the Rocket Voltic.

Once you own your office and warehouse, you can claim your car.

As mentioned above, If you're reading this after March 25th but before April 2nd, you can get the JoBuilt Phantom Wedge for free..
