ARK: God of Destruction Beerus Saga
This may be the most controversial choice, as Goku and Vegeta are generally considered to be exactly the same within their Super Saiyan God and Super Saiyan Blue forms. That said, some fans tend to think that Goku is stronger with his previous transformations because he's had them for a long time. However, this is purely speculation as nothing has been mentioned or hinted at.

ARK: Resurrection F
As with previous entries, it is very difficult to say who is the more powerful user of Super Saiyan Blue between Goku and Vegeta due to their equal stature and achievements within the series.
