The launch of the Paladin class was a highlight. Diablo 4 Season 11 injects the game with a play style that has been missing since launch. Diablo 4Paladin finally gives players the classic “sword and board” archetype to play with, along with Paladin’s iconic Aura mechanic. diablo 2. It is this aura mechanic that forms the basis of the Paladin's most popular builds, achieving the feat the Necromancer has been trying to achieve for 11 seasons.
As Paladin appears Diablo 4 Season 11 completely changes the meta of the game, as the new classes are currently the most powerful in the game. Other classes like the Spiritborn and Barbarian may also find success this season, but the Paladin still trumps these classes in terms of endgame survivability. Unfortunately for the necromancer, this was once Diablo 4's most consistently powerful class has slipped out of the meta, and its passive minion and golem builds are a far cry from Season 11's paladin passive build.
Paladins in Diablo 4 have an S-tier passive build before Necromancers.
Learning the perfect skill rotation is just as much fun. Diablo 4 While building, some players may want to sit back and watch their characters get killed with as little input as possible. This playstyle popularized one-button builds like Dance of Knives Rogue, but it's also possible to create builds that require much less input. Until Season 11, the Minion Necromancer had the best passive build, but this build wasn't quite the meta threat some players had hoped for, and was largely a good leveling build and a serviceable endgame build.
The Paladin's Auradin build is a meta powerhouse that passively gets kills.
The Auradin Paladin build is probably the best build. Diablo 4 Season 11 utilizes the class's Aura skill to essentially get kills just by existing. The key to this build is activating the Paladin's three Aura skills as much as possible.

Aura of Holy Light
To fully unlock the potential of this build, players will need to obtain the Dawnfire Unqiue Gloves for Paladin. This unique ability increases the damage of Holy Light Aura and turns it into increased fire damage for each kill the Paladin gets within the area of the aura, thus serving as the main source of passive damage for the build. The Dawnfire armor is so powerful that it almost single-handedly propels this build to S-tier.
Dawnfire can be farmed from Lair Boss Varshan.
The Necromancer's passive minion build is not on the same level as the Aura Paladin.
While the minion necromancer is being built Diablo 4 Season 11 is solid enough to handle most endgame content, and its overall power is nowhere near comparable to that of Auradin Paladin. Minion Necromancers passively deal damage, but instead of automatically placing enemies in range like a paladin's aura, they use the minions' AI to kill them. The Necromancer has access to sturdy uniques like Mendeln's Ring and Hand of Naz to boost the power of his minions, but these minions are not as reliable as the Paladin's Aura and cannot achieve the same damage multiplier as Dawnfire's Holy Light Aura.
In Season 11, the Golem Necromancer build finally became viable, but it still couldn't make it to the top of the meta as a Paladin. Typically, a Minion Necromancer build sacrifices all minions except the Skeletal Mage and uses them as the main source of damage for the build. However, a new Gravebloom Unique has been introduced. Diablo 4 In season 11, golems become a viable alternative. This is because it summons not just one, but three small golems to attract the enemy's attention. Unfortunately, this skill still has unreliable passive damage due to the game's minion AI, making the passive Paladin build a superior option to the Necromancer's passive build in Season 11.
