With danger lurking, the brave warriors soon regain their senses, only to find themselves surrounded by demonic enemies on all sides.
Tanjiro and his friends succeed in keeping the demonic foe at bay, but soon discover that their real rival is in possession of the train. The fight against Enmu pushes Tanjiro to his physical limits and develop as a demon hunter. With the demon fight over, it seems that the demon hunters can finally breathe a sigh of relief. However, things take an ominous turn with the unexpected appearance of Akaza, a top 3 player. With Tanjiro and his friends unprepared to face such a powerful foe, Rengoku volunteers to face the dangerous demon in an epic battle.
4 Entertainment District Arc

When the female ninja agents of Sound Hashira Tengen Uzui go missing while gathering information on demons in the red-light district of Yoshiwara, he recruits Tanjiro, Zenitsu, and Inosuke to join him in a critical mission to uncover the truth about the mysterious area. While the three friends disguise themselves as women, Uzui closely monitors the entertainment district in search of any clues that could lead to his missing comrades.
Soon, the dark secret behind the disappearances is revealed, and the area is terrorized by a brother and sister duo called Taki and Kyutaro, who have killed several Hashira over the decades. The harsh reality and emotionally charged confrontation culminates in one of the best anime fight scenes, capturing the brutality and emotional weight of combat. The beautiful arc culminates in a touching tribute to Kyutaro and Taki’s relationship and their decisions in the afterlife, leaving the viewer with a bittersweet sense of reflection.
5 Swordsman Village Arc

Nestled in the dense forest, Swordsmith Village is a secretive area of swordsmiths who craft weapons for the Demon Slayer Corps. Expected to provide a safe haven, the secret settlement’s security is breached when vital information about its location is leaked to demons. After the deaths of Gyutaro and Daki, Muzan and his most trusted subordinates are desperate to get revenge on the Demon Slayer Corps.
The location of Swordsmith Village offers a much-needed ambush opportunity, so Top Rank 5 Gyokko and Top Rank 4 Hantengu decide to take advantage of the golden opportunity. Meanwhile, Tanjiro, Mist Hashira Muichiro Tokito, Love Hashira Mitsuri Kanroji, Nezuko, and Genya are already in the village, unaware of the evil forces' plot. Kamado and his companions are caught off guard when the members of Twelve Kizuki launch a merciless attack. The defenseless villagers face the dangerous intrusion, and one by one they die as the situation becomes grim.
The Swordsmith Village arc beautifully captures the drama that unfolds as Gyokko and Hantengu launch a devastating attack, forcing Tanjiro and the others to risk their lives to protect the innocent swordsmith and his family. The action-packed fight scenes are choreographed with impressive attention to detail, adding another layer to an already intriguing narrative.
Additionally, the arc delves deeper into the backstories of Hantengu, Genya, and Muichiro, adding emotional depth to the characters and rationalizing their motivations. The conclusion of the Swordsmith Village arc, in which Nezuko conquers the sun, further fuels the rich imagination of the viewer as Muzan's dream of conquering the sun is finally within his reach.
