Questline has announced its launch. Tainted Chalice: The Fall of AvalonBonus Content #2 DLC. The pack adds 21 new magic weapons to the open-world game, which are “designed to expand your combat options and kick-start new character builds.” All weapons can be purchased from various forges throughout Acts 2 and 3, and are also found as unidentified loot in Wyrdnight. According to the developers, this content pack was released to make up for the fact that the more extensive DLC scheduled for late March has now been pushed to early April, but they didn't want to leave players empty-handed. In announcing Bonus Content #2, Questline reaffirmed that another free DLC pack is coming soon. The developer confirmed that this will be story content DLC, adding, “It's definitely not on the scale of a full-blown expansion like the following. Saras Sanctuary,” we hope will be “still good content” for players.
