My Hero AcademiaUnless fans admit it, 's combat system was a complete contrivance. So maybe Muscular should have won and it would have made him a lot scarier.

By now, even if his musculature was actually strong enough to win against One For All, it wouldn't be able to overcome Bakugo's awakened explosive nature. Muscular is much stronger than his defeat would suggest, but he has no real option for victory against Bakugou. Like many of Bakugo's victims, Muscular lacks the ranged firepower to achieve victory, and Bakugo flies through the battlefield like an angry rocket. Over time, Bakugo's explosive attacks will pierce Muscular's defenses until Howitzer Impact puts an end to this villain.
Dabi will tear himself apart before he can finish Bakugou.

Dabi, his pro hero brother, and father all use fire to fight at close range, but even that fighting style is not enough to achieve victory against Katsuki Bakugo. Overhaul is stronger on the ground, but Bakugo can fly

Overhaul is a terrifying villain who wields the Quirk of the same name. He ruled the Hassaikai city side. that Deku is able to defeat villains that humble the likes of Mirio Togata and Sir Nighteye until he finally vanquishes him. Despite this, Deku needed Eri's dangerous Rewind Quirk to heal him enough to use One For All at 100%. Since Bakugo can't ask Eri for treatment that way, he has to fight Overhaul on his own, and even that will barely be enough.
Like the villain Stain, Overhaul becomes much more dangerous when the battlefield is in his favor. In this case, Overhaul wants to fight people on the ground or indoors, where he can use his Overhaul Quirk to reshape the entire place, forming spikes, barriers, etc. Bakugou might survive such a fight, but his odds are much better outdoors. Out there, Bakugo is able to stay in the air with his Quirk, dodging the worst of Overhaul's attacks and eventually vaporizing him in the fury of the explosion.
Endeavor may be the best hero, but he can't outlast Bakugo

It might help a little if the perpetually cocky celebrity captain underestimates Bakugo, giving him more of a chance to land a serious blow.
