Shanks is one of the strongest characters in the world. one piece And a pirate who rules the New World as one of the Four Emperors. Unlike most powerful characters one piece Shanks does not have any devil fruit abilities. Instead, he is purely dependent on Haki, and this is what makes him special as far as Yonko are concerned. Currently, the only one in the Yonko Order who does not have a Devil Fruit is Shanks.
Oda likened him to a Haki master and displayed the most extensive Haki feats in the entire story so far. Shanks is specifically a master of Supreme King Haki.And his control over it has even been likened to Joy Boy. There's no doubt Shanks has incredibly overpowering Haki, but there are a few characters alive in the current story who can rival his Haki output.
Dracula Mihawk

Known as the world's strongest swordsman one piece, Dracule Mihawk is a very powerful Haki user. A person who has a deep connection with the red-haired Shanks. Mihawk and Shanks have always had a friendly relationship, but their rivalry was so fierce that it reverberated throughout the Grand Line during their childhood. They are said to have fought countless duels of an incredibly high standard, and in the past even legendary figures such as Whitebeard were aware of their battles. Mihawk and Shanks were unable to finish their duel, meaning that their powers were at least similar. Of course, Shanks had no interest in becoming the best swordsman in the world. This is why Mihawk holds this title now. Overall, the power of these two monsters will always be similar.
Considering Mihawk doesn't have a Devil Fruit, it goes without saying that he's an absolute monster when it comes to using Haki. It goes without saying that Mihawk utilizes all three types of Haki and has a fairly high mastery of Conqueror Haki. While not on the same level as Shanks in terms of application, Mihawk has a very polished Conqueror's Haki that will definitely see him through. It is also equivalent to the red-haired emperor.

Shamrock Figarland is Shanks' twin. They were both born in God Valley, West Blue, to an unknown woman with red hair. During the God Valley Incident, Shamrock and Shanks were accidentally kidnapped by the Roger Pirates and became separated. Shamrock was raised as a Celestial Dragon, while Shanks was raised as a member of the Roger Pirates. but, It is believed that Shamrock and Shanks are neck and neck in terms of skill and talent. This is confirmed in a flashback to Elbaf in One Piece when Shanks returns to the shrine of Marijoa. Clearly Shamrock was already incredibly skilled at this point in the story, and his talent was considered generational.
Shamrock rose to become the leader of the Holy Knights.. He believes that he is much stronger than Loki and is therefore one of the most powerful characters in the entire world. Shamrock doesn't seem to have a devil fruit. Instead, it is his sword that has eaten the Cerberus devil fruit. Shamrock is a very powerful user of Haki, considering the fact that he is Shanks' brother with the same talents and skills as his Celestial Dragon connection. It goes without saying that Shamrock has the incredibly powerful Conqueror's Haki. Oda has yet to explain the full extent of Conqueror's Haki, but that moment is quickly approaching as the final story continues.
Monkey D. Garp

Known as the Marine Corps hero, Monkey D. Garp is one of the biggest hockey monsters in the entire series. Like Shanks, Garp does not rely on his Devil Fruit powers. Instead, he uses his fists in combat and coats them with incredibly powerful Haki.
Garp uses all three types of Haki.But his specialty is Conqueror's Hockey. His hockey skills were so prodigious that, even in his old age, he was able to single-handedly dismantle the Blackbeard Pirates of Pirate Island. 38 years ago in God Valley, Garp displayed such incredible Conqueror Haki output that he was able to even penetrate Domi Reversi'd Rocks D. Xebec's defenses, which is truly amazing. Garp's Haki is identical to Gol D. Roger's Haki, so he is in the same league as Shanks when it comes to manipulating Conqueror's Haki.

Imu's Haki from God Valley was so strong that even people like Roger, Garp, and Rocks D. Xebec were surprised by its output. In Elbaf, Imu's Haki once again proved to be overwhelmingly powerful. Although not on the same level as Joy Boy, Imu is one of the strongest Haki users in the One Piece universe. Shanks' Haki is similar to Joy Boy's Haki. That means it should also be similar to Imu's Haki.
