LEGO revealed earlier this year that it had finally captured a white Walimer, confirming that the first Pokemon set will be released in 2026. We still don't officially know what the set will look like, but a number of recent leaks claim there will be a lot more than we expected.
The leak comes from the usually very reliable brick.tap, which has shared early information about the upcoming Pokemon set along with other LEGO collections linked to the big IP. Previously we only heard details about two or three sets, but now a leaker has revealed the potential names of 10 LEGO Pokemon sets that will all be released by summer 2026.
Looks like Pokemon's first Lego set won't be limited to the Kanto region
Previous leaks have included the usual suspects like Pikachu and starter Pokémon from the original game. However, this latest leak suggests that we'll be leaving Kanto as soon as the first LEGO sets of Pokemon start dropping. Scorbunny's Evolution This probably means that Raboot and Cinderace will also be a part of it, The stadium buses are expected to include Larvitar and Croagunk..
Most of the newly leaked sets are still built around the original 151 Pokemon. Because that's how Pokemon merchandise tends to work. we will definitely have Opportunity to build Mewtwo's laboratoryI think there will be a Pokemon battle set. Jolteon against CharizardAnd a special ghost battle between the two. Jenga and CuboneAnd here's what's explained: Eevee's Evolution. I'm especially interested to see what the set will consist of as the Year of Eevee comes to an end.
Pokemon fans are already flooding Lego with requests.
We know we're going to get Pikachu. But what else do people want from the long-delayed LEGO team-up of Pokemon?
All Pokemon LEGO sets are expected to be compatible with smart bricks.
Not only does brick.tap claim that there will be far more sets than the 10 listed in the latest link, but apparently all of them will be compatible with LEGO's Pokemon Smart Bricks. Similar to the Mario set, the LEGO world of Pokemon is believed to revolve around a smart block (most likely a Pikachu), which can react to the set in various ways.
All of these leaks should be taken with a grain of salt for now, as we won't know anything for sure until Pokemon or LEGO officially reveal it. This latest leak will be welcome information for the majority of Pokémon fans hoping to pick up some of the series' debut Lego sets, so let's hope the information is at least somewhat accurate.
That's because according to the limited information we've seen through leaks so far, one of the first Pokemon Lego sets was claimed to cost $650. Reportedly, that's still the plan. Pricing for the recently leaked 10-piece set hasn't been shared, but it looks like they're now planning to give Pokemon fans a lot to choose from out of the box, and we assume the sets will vary greatly in both price and part count.
