One Piece: The Strongest Human Hybrid

Humans are one of the most common and weakest races in the world. one piece. Still, some tend to possess a lot of potential, and well-trained and sophisticated humans remain quite powerful forces in their own right. However, there are some humans throughout history who bred with other races, causing their descendants to have slightly more natural powers than other races.

It is unclear whether these hybrids surpass their pureblood counterparts in strength or are naturally inferior, but some are nevertheless quite capable as combatants, carving out a niche as some of the most powerful characters within the larger series.

Finding the One Piece isn't the only dream of these powerful pirates. The goal of every emperor is to:

5 dellinger

Fishman/Human Hybrid

Dellinger, a human/fish-human hybrid whose hat was specially modified with horns in mind.

  • Affiliation: Don Quixote Pirates; diamante army
  • Ancestry: Unclear, mixed human/fishman ancestry.
  • Devil Fruit: None

Dellinger is a high-ranking member of Don Quixote's pirate crew, effectively joining a “family” of its most elite members. He is a human who is also part fighting fish fish human. The already somewhat murky nature of Fishman's heritage is further complicated by Dellinger having no known parents. He was found as an orphan by sailors and raised by fellow family members Giolla, who took responsibility for his upbringing. This particularly influenced aspects of Dellinger's style, such as the high heels he wore and weaponized in battle.

Even as a child, he was a full-fledged crew member, only a few years old, having successfully captured Dressrosa. Even as an adult, Dellinger remains a tough opponent to deal with. His relatively docile human teeth disguise a set of sharp fighting fish teeth that aid in his aggressive maneuvers. Like Arlong, he appears to be able to regenerate and dispose of his teeth at will, although the exact extent to which he can do this is unclear. He has bested several Corrida Colosseum contestants with little effort, including the likes of Ideo, Blue Gilly, and Sulieman. This puts him a step above some members of the Straw Hat Grand Fleet. Despite this, Cavendish's evil alter ego, Hakuba, was able to defeat him with a single attack.

4 Charlotte Armand

Snake/human hybrid

Charlotte Amande, a pale-skinned snakehead/human hybrid with a long neck.

  • Affiliation: Big Mom Pirates
  • Origin: Unidentified Snake Tree (father), Charlotte Linlin (human mother)
  • Devil Fruit: None

Amande is a descendant of the Snakeneck tribe, a race not found outside of Totto Land. He is an executive of the Big Mom Pirates. All known members of the group so far are human hybrids and Linlin's children. Notably, Amande has three sisters who are fully related to her, as well as three Serpentine half-brothers and sisters, among many others from various races.

All races of One Piece Big Mom Pirates

Big Mom's companions come in all shapes and sizes. Her goal of including all races in her paradise has given her a very diverse crew.

Although her officer rank is fairly common among the Charlotte siblings, Amande is ranked by Vinsmoke Family members as one of the most powerful siblings. She appears to have slaughtered numerous knights to collect eggs. Her limited screen time allows her to become adept at wielding her sword of choice, a meito (famous or “great” sword) known as Shirauo.

3 Shallot Smoothie

Long-legged/human hybrid

Charlotte Smoothie One Piece Animation

  • Affiliation: Big Mom Pirates; three awesome commanders
  • Origin: Unidentified Longdari (father), Charlotte Linlin (human mother)
  • Devil Fruit: Sibo Sibonomi

Smoothie is a descendant of the Longlegs tribe and the daughter of Linlin, and is therefore also a member of the Big Mom Pirates.

This race is known for its long, sturdy legs, and they love to display and decorate them. In addition to her two sisters, Citron and Cinnamon, Smoothie shares this distinction with the crew's combatant Tamago, who is not related to the Charlotte family and is presumed to be purely long-legged.

Smoothie does not use his legs in combat, preferring to use Shibo Shibo no Mi, which allows him to drain and absorb juice from other creatures. She carries a large unnamed sword that stores juices inside to be utilized as a projectile when needed. She can also use two types of Haki. In addition to the skills she displays, Smoothie is even more famous for being one of the Three Sweet Commanders, the three most powerful pirates on the crew aside from the captain. She shares this difference with Charlotte Katakuri, a pirate who can rival Luffy.

2 most seraphim

Lunar/Human Hybrid

Three more Seraphim are revealed in the main One Piece anime.

  • Affiliation: Formerly Vegapunk, currently World Government
  • Parent: King (genetic ancestor), Ex-Warlords (template), Vegapunk (creator)
  • Devil Fruit: None. Green Blood allows each person to possess the power of Paramecia.

This cyborg is a new variant of the Pacifista created by Vegapunk. They resemble the Seven Sea Lords in their youth. The main difference is that each possesses the Moon gene, courtesy of the Beasts Pirates' King, brought back from his time as a test subject in Punk Hazard. In fact, seeing as the majority of the warlords were human, the majority of these Pacifistas could be classified as human hybrids. The named human hybrids are S-Snake and S-Hawk, based on Boa Hancock and Dracule Mihawk, respectively.

One Piece: All Species of the Beast Pirates

There are many different species involved in this animal-themed pirate crew.

S-Bear is also technically important, but he is also an ancestor of pirates because he was cloned from Kuma. Jimbei's counterpart, S-Shark, is the only non-human hybrid of this group. There are also three co-stars of Crocodile, Gecko Moria, and Donquixote Doflamingo who are currently active. Judging by the established naming conventions, they will most likely be called S-Crocodile, S-Gecko, and S-Flamingo.

Marine Admiral Issho viewed the Seraphim as capable enough to replace the Warlords and effectively restore the balance of power lost due to the Warlords' abolition. This was partially proven when he was able to fight Blackbeard and the Straw Hat Pirates, who are currently identified as the biggest threat to the world government. As partially biological beings, they are capable of aging and possibly growing much stronger than they are now.

1 Bartolomeo Kumar

Pirate/Human Hybrid

Bartholomew Kuma from One Piece

  • Affiliation: Revolutionary Army (old), Seven Seas Army (old)
  • Ancestry: Clapp (pirate father), unnamed human mother.
  • Devil Fruit Nikunikyunomi

Bartholomew Kumar was once a kind soul who used his powers to protect those he cared about. His tragic childhood as a slave hunted for being a member of a fiercely persecuted pirate race instilled in him a drive to care for others who were unable to defend themselves. He acted at times as a priest, a revolutionary, and a king, but he always maintained a kind demeanor throughout each affair. He notably served as Bonney's surrogate father and was the lover of his mother Ginny, who conceived her in captivity as a slave to the world's nobility. He wanted to protect Bonney, even at great personal cost.

He was thus converted into a Pacifista, programmed with the mission of protecting the Thousand Sunny before becoming a non-autonomous unit. During this time, Kuma is shown to make short work of the Straw Hats and remains a physically impressive warrior. This fact is further compounded by his Niku Nikyo no Mi, which allows him to squirt air and transmit physical pain to or from an individual. After the Seven Seas were disbanded, Kuma used his resistance to pain to once again become a slave to the World Nobility. Kuma fell into a vegetative state after being rescued by Sabo and four revolutionary officers. However, he “switched off” and regained a degree of autonomy, which Vegapunk attributes to his pirate legacy. He is last seen reuniting with Bonney after he and Luffy battle Saturn.

The exact nature of pirates as a race is unclear. They have giant bloodlines, despite a few who do not appear to be as tall as certain “giant” humans, such as Big Mom, who (as far as we know) is of purely human heritage. The parentage of Kuma's father, Clapp, is unknown. This makes it unclear how many giant ancestors there were. Nonetheless, both were identified as pirates. The species is said to have committed a “grave crime,” but what this is has not yet been revealed.
