New ARC Raiders 1.12.0 update fixes controversial exploit issue

Embark also adjusted the time between trigger and explosion from 0.7 seconds to 1.5 seconds and reduced the Kettle's fire rate from 600 to 450 to prevent players from abusing the macro to fire the weapon faster than intended.

Embark has attempted to address this issue with numerous updates over the past few months, but players are still finding alternative ways to get out of the map. Today's update targets this controversial attack once again. Embark stated that they have now fixed various map locations that are outside the boundaries of Stella Montis. Let's hope this is the last time the studio has to patch the issue, which has been causing a ton of controversy among the gaming community for weeks now.

According to the official patch notes, which can be found below this article, update 1.12.0 also fixes a number of other attacks. Embark also appears to have fixed an issue where players could duplicate ammo and items, as well as some instances where players could cause damage to others behind geometry.
