Save scumming is the process of forcing a game to quit to avoid dying or failing a mission or task. in mugenicsThis allows you to force quit the game mid-battle, reloading the game and keeping any cats you took with you on your adventure but may have died in battle.
In order to save trash like this mugenicsYou can force quit the game using Alt + F4 or by right-clicking on the game icon in the taskbar and selecting the 'Close Window' option. This will prevent a failed run and allow you to retry the fight.
If you then reload the game, you can continue from the previous steps and retry or redo the battle.

What is the Mewgenics Save Scum Easter Egg?

He will first give you a warning and then tell you that you need to take off your gloves. Then you will see two more humorous encounters in which Stephen warns you… in a rather rude way. Secondly, he will lower the IQ of one of the cats. If you continue to store trash, you will reach the final warning and Steven's punishment.
On the fourth save trash, Steven will say that he warned you, and that if you really wanted him to play the game, you should have just asked. The game will then load, and if you choose to continue skipping battles, Steven will take control of the cat.
It's a fun little way to point out that cheapening an experience can go both ways, and is another example of the humor McMillen pours in. mugenics.
