BEIRUT: Lebanon's Middle East Airlines (MEA) said it was delaying the departure of some incoming flights scheduled to land in Beirut overnight on Sunday and instead allowing them to arrive on Monday morning. Israel vowed swift retaliation against the Lebanese militant group Hezbollah after 12 children and teenagers were killed by rockets in the Israeli-occupied Golan Heights on Saturday. Hezbollah denied responsibility.
