Karlach first shows her berserker fury in a recruitment mission in Baldur's Gate 3. As discovered by Redditor SkeletonChurch, who completed Karlach's recruitment mission while a monk, the Tiefling's angry reaction causes her to destroy the furniture around the toll booth with only her fists instead of her fiery rage. Maybe not that impressive, but it would be great to see her tearing up the place like Bruce Lee!

SkeletonChurch also noted that they are not sure if this reaction is due to her new class or because she has no weapons, but it is probably the former. They also said that as a wizard, they would try to do the same thing as Karlach, which would result in him wiping out the entire party with a fireball.
