Is Hakari really stronger than Yuta?

How strong is Hakari Kinji?

Kinji Hakari is one of the third years suspended from Tokyo Jujutsu High School. When Yuji and Megumi first meet him, he runs a fighting club where wizards engage in direct combat without using cursed techniques. After Yuji defeats Panda, he piques Hakari's interest and invites him to meet him. In their encounter, Hakari appears as a person who values ​​passion, which he calls 'heat.' Hakari's Strengths and Cursed Skills

Considered one of Jujutsu High's top students, it is no surprise that Hakari excels in hand-to-hand combat. It is a combination of his luck and a domain extension called “Idle Death Gamble” that has established Hakari as one of the most powerful characters in the manga. Who is stronger: Yuta or Hakari?

Both characters are very strong in their own right. Hakari looks very incompetent when he is in his prime.
