Players should have no trouble setting up Keyman Lockdown, but they will have issues using it while controlling the game with keyboard and mouse. This issue will be discussed in more detail in the final section of this guide, but players are encouraged to use a controller whenever possible.
How to set up a keyman lock in Inazuma Eleven: Victory Road
Buy Keyman Lockdown Tactic

Running Keyman Lockdown on a keyboard and mouse is very similar to running it on a controller, and the preliminary steps are the same. In practice, players must press the Tab key to bring up tactical inputs and then press the input associated with Keyman Lockdown to initiate the maneuver. However, selecting an objective after the tactic has started doesn't seem to work as expected. The orange ring mentioned earlier cannot be moved. With mouse or keyboard.
