Continue down the path to the right and you'll find Moreau's Laboratory, the westernmost building. To access Moreau's laboratory: Go to the south wall and duck through the hole. You can find Moreau's hidden weapon in a chest on the wall.
Moro's hidden weapon is the M1851 Wolfsbane Revolver, which is very powerful. Magnum ammunition is therefore somewhat limited and difficult to find. I recommend upgrading to Duke and using it as a boss killing weapon.
