If you cough up $5 from the in-game store. Premium tickets for special time-limited researchAfter six tasks are completed, you can meet Fidough. Missions include earning hearts with your partner Pokémon, feeding your partner, and taking pictures of your partner.
The second way to obtain Fidough is through regular field spawn encounters. Fidough is one of the Pokémon that should appear more frequently as the event progresses. Remember, it ends on January 25th at 8pm local time!
