Continue through the tunnel system and remove plant heads as they appear. Don't ignore the brief diversions in your path, where breakable crates and other items await..
Leon will soon discover a clearing where the Ark's entrance is obscured in the distance. A pair of tentacles block your way to stand up when you get close.
To kill them, Aim for the head of the plant sticking out of the clump and take it out like any other plant.. But keep in mind that these tentacles can hit you hard.
Two more follow, and after taking care of them all, you jump off the ledge and prepare for the final battle. When Plant 42 emerges from the bushes, immediately grab the item from the chest on the right, as there is no time.
There isn't much room to move around in this battle arena.So you may feel like there's no way to avoid Plant 42's unpredictable attacks.
