Since the series is produced by Madhouse, fans don't have to worry about animation quality. The studio is known for its attention to detail and turning good stories into great ones. At first, some fans were worried that Madhouse would take over the animation, but thankfully all speculation was put to rest almost immediately. However, new details have emerged that once again make fans anxious and lose interest in Free Ren Season 2.

According to a new report, Frieren season 2 consists of a total of 10 episodes.. Fans were outraged and a bit disappointed by the reduced number of episodes in the new season. The first season has 28 episodes. That means the second season will have 18 fewer episodes. The fact that the studio only finished 10 episodes after the first season doesn't paint a good picture for Madhouse.
The pacing of Frieren's animation is incredibly good.
But fans are missing one important detail: speed. Frieren's speed is one of the main factors praised. The first season of the anime consisted of 28 episodes with 60 chapters. After doing some math, it became clear that each episode covered more than two chapters. Because of the pacing, none of the episodes felt boring or slow. The formula has been successful, so it would be unwise for Madhouse to change it. So, fans can expect the same pace from Frieren season 2. So that would make a total of 80 chapters, including about 20 chapters. Normally this wouldn't be a problem, but fans should remember that the Frieren comics are on an indefinite hiatus.

Frieren season 2 will be a huge hit
There may be some controversy surrounding Free Ren Season 2, but there is no denying that it will be very popular with viewers. There will be action, drama and everything, so fans shouldn't miss out at any cost. It's no exaggeration to say that Frieren season 2 will also compete for the Animation of the Year award. After narrowly missing out on the Solo Leveling award, fans will be hoping Frieren finally wins next year.
