Cuccos on a loose walkthrough of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom.

Cuco has a notorious reputation both inside and outside. The Legend of ZeldaAnd it's no wonder they're back. Zelda: Echo of Wisdom. As you explore further after completing the first dungeon, you may stumble upon Kakariko Village. You can find Cuco outside of his cage here. If you go further into town, you can talk to the owner to start a side quest called “Cuccos on the Loose”. It's a simple quest with a worthwhile reward, so here's where you can find all five Cucos. Echo of Wisdom.

Where to Find All the Cucos

Kakariko Village is located. Northeast, just below Eldin. You can visit this area as soon as you complete Suthorn Ruins, but it's a good idea to collect the echo before starting the side quest. Crawler Echo and Trampoline Echo will be especially useful.

Talk to the lady outside the Cuco cage, west of Kakariko Village. She will want you to find all five Cucos and return them home. The good news is that Cuco is only found in Ojik to Since it is Kakariko Village, there is no reason to go out of the village and take the northern road. You can tap the A button to pick up a Cuco and throw it into the pen (A button again) or place it (B button). If Zelda jumps off a ledge while holding Cuco, she can glide a short distance.

Entering Kakariko at the east gateYou can see Cuco standing next to the house behind the old man. Pick it up and put it back in the pen.

If you go up the stairs on the south side of Kakariko Central Plaza, the road splits to the left and right. Take it. the right way I'm going to find Kakariko's general store. There will be Cuco wandering around outside.

If you go down the path on the left from the central stairs, you will see two buildings, a regular house and a dojo, across from where Cuco #2 is. There is a third Cuco right in front of these two houses, next to a tree.

Take the shops on the north side of the square and head to the cemetery overlooking Kukopen. You can find cucco #4 here.

Cuco #5

on the windmill

Cucco #5 is tricky to get. northeast windmill (~ no northwestward). To get there, you'll need to use Echo to climb up the tree behind the windmill. There are several ways to do this, but it shouldn't be a problem if you picked up a few Echoes on your way to Kakariko. Here's how to get cucco #5:

1. Place the table echo behind the cat and jump onto the tree on the left (the big tree).
2. Jump up onto the tree behind the cat/windmill to create another table.
3. From the second table, jump towards the edge of the windmill roof to reach Cuco.

Crawler Eco and Trampoline Eco

1. Head towards the tree and use the Y button to call the crawler.
2. Lock it with Tri (X button) and press the R button to climb up the tree.
3. When you're at the top of the tree, use: trampoline echo (or Table Echo) and jump onto the windmill roof.

Trampoline Echo can be found in the village of Suton, right next to the village well.

What is a fairy bottle?

Once you place the last Cuco in the cage, you can talk to the owner and receive a reward. After completing “Cuccos on the Loose” you will receive: fairy bottle. You may or may not have collected fairy bottles at this point during your playthrough. If you approach the fairy when at least one of the bottles in your inventory is empty, you can capture it. The fairy will resurrect Zelda if she loses all of her health/heart. Therefore, fairies and fairy bottles are very convenient to have.
