By now, you're probably tired of hearing about all the cool things you can do in the Crimson Desert. Cooking meat with the sun reflecting off your knife, getting eaten by a giant whale, and finding gold bars early are great, but none of that helps when you're stuck on a tough boss while fighting the game's confusing controls.
Players will need to make sure Kliff and his weapons are level before entering the boss fight, as this is a challenge. However, there seems to be a relatively easy way to beat most bosses. It's like hitting your head with a tree. That's right, it's not a weapon, it's a tree.
trees are our friends
By now, you've probably cut down several trees for wood. But this is not the only use. If you unlock enough of Kliff's abilities, he can lift the entire trunk and slam it into the ground, breaking it into pieces. As demonstrated by Darth Microtransaction on Twitter, this technique can be used to defeat some bosses in one go.
In the video, the streamer revealed how to defeat the Abyss Kutum boss with just one attack. They used Nature's Grasp to pick up a nearby tree, reach the boss, and then break the tree with their massive trunk. Not only was it fast, but it was also very satisfying to see the trunk and boss fall apart.
Of course, as mid- or late-game bosses get stronger, you may need to hit them a few more times, but you'll still take a lot of health damage. This tactic is effective against slow, giant bosses, but will be more difficult to succeed against smaller, humanoid bosses as they are too fast.
Unfortunately, not all bosses have trees around them, so this strategy can only be used in certain situations. Crimson Abyss has a ton of features and mechanics to utilize in combat, but it's nice to see that using giant sticks to attack bosses is still a viable option.
