Borderlands 4 Weekly Update Guarantees Bod Drop

If you're still playing Borderlands 4, it means you're either just getting started with the game or are busy trying to find the perfect weapon. The Horrors of Kairos Halloween mini doesn't give players much to do, so farming their preferred legendary weapons is the only option. Unless, of course, you want to be one of the very few who win the Platinum Trophy.

But farming to get the perfect variant of a legendary weapon is no easy task. The same boss appears multiple times and there is no guarantee that the boss will drop. If so, you likely don't have the stats and perks you want. But with Borderlands 4's latest update, farming one of the most coveted weapons has become much easier.

Weekly Wildcard Missions in Borderlands 4 Have Guaranteed Board Drops

Moxxi's Bottom-Up Borderlands 4

this week Wildcard missions are below the surfaceTo do this you need to: Help the person who escaped from the Order Lab. As a reward you Guaranteed to drop a Bod shotgun. This is something every weapons farmer wants to get their hands on. Since it's a guaranteed drop, your chances of getting the variant you want are much higher.

Normally getting the board would require farming bosses and praying to RNGsus for a good drop, but wildcard missions make it a lot easier. Rushing through a mission shouldn't take more than 8-10 minutes, and even if your build is broken, it makes the process much faster and smoother than taking on a boss.

As part of the weekly update, Primordial Guardian Origo appears as a Big Encore Boss, featuring more powerful variants and larger loot drops. Among the changes to the game are reactor mode drop rate fixes, various weapon balance fixes, and something for everyone. That is, the Knife Penetrator Augment modification that only had a 30% critical hit chance.

I hope soon there will be something else to do in Borderlands 4 besides weapon farming. Gearbox has revealed that the game's first invincible boss will be released in Q4 2025, so expect some new action any time soon.
