marathon There are various classes in the form of Runner Shells. Some are more focused on offensive tactics, others are better at sneaking around, and still others are unique in their use of drones to cheerfully take out enemy loot. And then there's Vandal.
While it could be argued that all Runner Shells are powerful and can succeed as any as long as you're good at guidance and shooting, it's also true that some classes are much more complex than others. Learn more about Vandal and its possible builds and abilities in Marathon.

If you are new, This character may not be for you. First off, it takes a lot of practice to learn how to utilize Vandal's movement buff effectively. This is because you have to learn the feel of the character. When to run and use Powerslide, heat managementI also have a good idea of each map available.
Vandal allows you to run freely through places and reach higher platforms thanks to the integrated double jump. Probably the fastest character in the marathon. He has fantastic mobility that allows him to outperform any other character in this regard.
However, if you use your abilities You will notice how quickly the fever rises. And that can put you in a bad position pretty quickly. Also, with Vandal you have to excel yourself.I really don't have any abilities that directly help the team..
maybe you can Use the Disrupt Cannon to push enemies away. And if they're in cover, you'll make them lose it and get into sight of their allies. But at the same time, you can ruin their run by accidentally moving them out of your team's line of sight. we recommend At first, use it only for damage, Until I realized the drawbacks.
Vandal's power slide is also a complication because it cannot be used and filmed at the same time. You should use it to get to places faster, jump and start shooting your rivals, ideally to get new locations they won't expect. But it's not easy. Also, if you do two powerslides in a row and don't have a hit upgrade, you may already be overheating.

Best Vandal Loadout
There are two ways to look at this. you either accept it Vandal can be a very vulnerable Runner Shell. You need to have a lot of things to survive, especially if you are taking your first steps in the game. Or go in the other direction Have only the bare minimum equipment you need — A decent primary weapon with some ammo — and keep your inventory light.

Core slot 1: Out of Dodge. (If the shield is broken, the generated heat disappears immediately.) Core slot 2: tag! (The Disruption Cannon deals additional damage and sends a signal to targets affected by the explosion.) |

Head implant: Augmentation capacitor V2. Torso Implants: Survival Kit V2. Leg transplant: Graceful Landing V2 or Distance Runner V2. |
There is nothing special about the cheap implants that can be placed. This will slightly improve your agility and speed. Then the core becomes more useful depending on the situation. This is especially true if you learn how to use the Disrupt Cannon well.

Head implant: Regen V4. Torso Implants: Hurting Hands V4 or Survival Kit V4. Leg transplant: Bionic Leg Upgrade V5 or V4. |
Currently, Vandal doesn't have any amazing cores that can be used in the late game. At least that's the case when you look at the different options different characters have. When you get a chance to find it, you can make a third jump by swapping the mechanized holster for the Prestige Core Microjet Efficiency Package. The combination with Adrenal Core isn't bad, but it's not surprising either. At least you have better moves!
