Most of us have put in too much effort to gain the approval of our Baldur's Gate 3 peers. If you do something bad, Karlach and Gale will oppose you. If you do something good, Astarion and Minthara will oppose you. Nothing pleases everyone. But if you're tired of the same old companion dialogue, one fan modified it in a way that will make everyone loathe you in the first place.
Redditor Pinch12 wrote a script that lowers everyone's approval to -50. This means that as soon as they meet you, they will immediately hate you. You can't appease them or build trust when you're at that level. Some colleagues will leave as soon as they meet you, while others will continue to insult you.

“It’s an absolute nightmare and all of your companions are talking to you throughout the game,” the creator said. “Shadowheart is particularly brutal as he absolutely ROASTS in the dialogue sections, which are generally standard for most of his peers, whether approved or not. He'll come to camp, swear at me, and then leave again. It's absolute hell and I can't recommend it any more.”
Honestly, it seems like a fun way to freshen things up if you want to start another playthrough. Roleplaying as the most hated person on the Sword Coast can be fun. Especially if your colleagues scold you at every step. When their approval ratings drop that low, it seems like there's some really cruel talk to be had.
Not that Lae'zel had many kind words to say, anyway. This mod will push Lae'zel's rudeness too far. Shadowheart may not have anything nice to say either, but I doubt that will stop most of you from dating her. In fact, some people might find her more attractive.
The part where Wyll makes his grand entrance, dispatches a few goblins, and tells Tav to get the hell out of his face sounds especially hilarious. Who knows? By the time you kill the Netherbrain and become the hero Baldur's Gate, they may start to tolerate you.
