Multicolored DNA Three Musketeers

This seed can duplicate 4 cards, one per blind. Anti-Two's first shop features a DNA Joker, which can then be granted Polychrome using a free hex card from the Ghost Deck. Inside the Spectral Pack is an Ankh that can duplicate it. Lastly, if you purchase the Wraith card, you will get the Invisible Joker, which can clone other DNA.

Triple DNA is very powerful when played well, as it allows for complete deck manipulation. You can also find Brainstorm in the first store in Ante four, which leads to a 4x DNA build. Having too many of the best jokers guarantees scores that are more exciting than actual gambling.

If you skip the first Small Blind, you'll immediately get the Triboulet Joker from the Arcana pack, and if you beat the Big Blind, you'll have the DNA left in the store. These two cards are all you need to start achieving the huge scores you can achieve.

These two jokers work perfectly due to DNA's ability to duplicate any card. This allows you to duplicate the kings you have and filter your deck to create exactly what you want. Eventually, your entire hand will be made up of cards that trigger Triboulet.

Fans of playing with face cards in Balatro runs will be very happy playing with these high scoring seeds. You can imagine there's a huge multiplier here, as you'll have access to two Blueprint Jokers that can copy the abilities of the Joker you place on the right before the second ante ends.

This means that every hand you play becomes a Flush Five, and Jokers that switch between suits or ranks, like Idols, will now trigger on every single card.

With this seed, you can conveniently obtain one or more Idols along with several Blueprints to create the score you've been dreaming of. Just turning your brain off and watching the numbers increase is soothing. Since all the cards have the same ridiculous RNG, there are so many great builds you can get as a seed that you'll have to experiment with Joker.

Five Perks of Perkeo

This seed gives you 6 of the most broken legendary effects. Once you obtain the Hieroglyph Voucher from the first Big Blind, the next store will contain an Arcana pack containing Perkeo. Later stores included the Jumbo Spectral Pack, which included the Ankh. This luck continues with Ante Six. Re-rolling the store a second time here will give you the Invisible Joker, which duplicates Perkeo once again.

At ante 7 you will receive an Observatory Voucher which will immediately skyrocket all your negative consumable scores. This cycle repeats itself every time you get more Invisible Jokers, while the Perkeos easily destroy them for the required points, ending up with 5 Perkeos and 6 blueprints.

If you want to score well with this seed, you'll have to be brave enough to skip the easy cash available on the first ante of a Balatro game. However, if you have cash available, skip it and the first store you'll access offers a lot of effort. In a pack available for purchase in the store, you'll receive two legendary Jokers, including Triboulet and Perkeo, as well as Temperance, which gives you an extra cash boost to make up for losses on your first stake.

Building this deck around Glass Kings gives both legendary Jokers tremendous value. When played, Triboulets add X2 Mult for each one, and when broken they increase Canio's Mult. So you need to find a way to destroy some cards by converting others into face cards, or convert them into glass reinforcements.

This is a seed that will give you access to some awesome combos right away. Skipping the first blind will give you a free Mega Arcana pack containing Negative Canio, and you can use Hanged Man from the same pack to immediately boost it up to 3X Mult. The following store features Pareidolia from the Joker Pack, one of Canio's best combo Jokers.

This causes Canio to be instantly damaged, and now his Mult increases when the card is destroyed. For example, while using the Ghost Deck in Ante 2, if you reroll the store 4 times you will receive the Immolate Spectral card which increases Canio's Mult by 8X. Starting with Ante 3, you can also find Blueprint or Brainstorm.

Nothing about this seed can break as much as a nearly perfectly set seed. As soon as Ante 2 you reach too high a score and the game crashes in the process. When you arrive at the first store in Ante two you will find two packs containing soul cards. This soul pack features Negative Perkeo and Negative Triboulet for instant setup and limitless potential.

This combination, along with many other powerful Jokers and the outrageous luck that this seed provides, will allow you to reach what is considered the end of the game. Ante 39 is where the score required becomes Nan beyond what the game can handle. It ensures a loss on any run by making it no longer reachable.
