At the Fallout Fan Celebration, Walton Goggins reaffirmed Fallout Season 3.

For all you Fallout fans out there, there's no better place to spend this weekend than the actual, real-life locations that make up Fallout New Vegas for the 4th annual Fallout Fan Celebration. In addition to getting a chance to celebrate one of gaming's most cherished franchises, you'll get to meet Walton Goggins, AKA, The Ghoul, and more.

That's what happened to attendees last Saturday, when Goggins, who was not included in the confirmed guest list, showed up to greet fans, drink a drink and reaffirm the nuclear bomb.

Fallout on Amazon Prime has a third season.

Yeah, that's it. There don't seem to be any details and Fallout season 2 hasn't even been officially released yet, so don't ask for more details. That doesn't happen until December. Never mind, Goggins wanted everyone to know that the groundbreaking video game adaptation will be coming next season.

Technically, it had already been renewed by Amazon, but it was nice to hear it from the actors themselves.

“There are two things I love about this show,” one user wrote. “The cast and Walton Goggins. I know he was considered for the casting, but it felt wrong not to have him on twice.”

Agreed.

Spreading big news wasn't the only thing Goggins did in New Vegas

At some point before or after the news dump, Goggins decided to jump into the back of the Pioneer Saloon and offer drinks to fans. If you look at the picture, yes. This drink is Fallout themed.

It's also worth mentioning that Goggins took the time to thank fans for all their support. In a very heartfelt speech, Goggins made it known that he was well aware of all the love The Ghoul received.

“Thank you for all your support. I can’t tell you what it means to be a strand in the fabric of this community,” he said. “It doesn’t make sense.”

It wasn't clear at the time, but it is clear now. Goggins has a deep appreciation for being part of the larger Fallout community, and the experience hasn't been lost on him. It's safe to say he loves the franchise. Long live the ghoul.
