ARC Raiders Addresses Additional Friction Points for Players
One of the things that greatly improves the quality of life is ARC Raiders Production has begun on the Flashpoint update. The improved UI now allows players to quickly acquire materials right from the crafting view, as well as recycle, refine, or purchase them, further reducing the time required for them to appear in menus and screens. This change was primarily driven by player feedback, after many people pointed out that crafting wasn't intuitive enough and required more work than it needed to be.
In an accompanying blog post, Embark discussed the crafting changes in more detail, including the added streamlined resource acquisition buttons. Selecting this option from the crafting screen will now display a list of all available resources, including the player's storage inventory, materials that can be recycled, and materials that can be purchased from the Celeste store. This gives players the option to act immediately without having to wade through various screens and menus, a common friction point many people have reported to Embark.
In fact, Embark makes it clear in this blog post that this streamlined production is just the beginning. At the bottom of the post, Embark said it was investigating other issues reported by players. Embark acknowledged that not all problems can be solved with one button. ARC Raiders More changes are currently in the works as the studio continues to iron out the kinks, with more information coming soon.

One of the key areas Embark focuses on is: ARC Raiders' Endgame content provided. Recently, production director Caio Braga admitted that the studio wants more from players once they reach the end of the content, potentially offering more challenging content. Players will get their first taste of these plans later this month when the Riven Tides update releases. According to the roadmap, players will be getting a new map (likely Volcanic Rising) and conditions as well as a massive ARC to fight in, and many are speculating that this could actually be the rumored Emperor.
