At the time of writing, players can craft five different sets of armor, all of which are based on ores that players can find in the world, such as cobalt and adamantite. All of these sets increase your stamina and damage resistance when worn, but sets of iron rank or higher also provide additional benefits.

• Thorium Armor grants bonus poison resistance.

• Cobalt Armor increases the damage of Signature Attacks.

• Adamantite armor increases light attack damage.

When defeated, Trorks may drop the Trork Warrior set piece, which improves the damage of charge attacks when worn. The overall defense this set provides is identical to the Iron Armor set, making it only practical in low-level biomes.

All unreleased armor sets from Hightail

The following armor sets are not yet fully implemented in the game, but can be found in the game's Creative Mode menu: For the most part, these sets only provide basic health and resistance bonuses, but some also provide mana, although the latter is still completely useless at the time of writing.

It's unclear which of these armor sets are craftable and which drop randomly from loot sources, and considering how the Trork, Thorium, Cobalt, and Adamantite sets have unique properties, it's safe to assume that some of these sets also have special bonuses. Still, there's no news that all of these armor sets will be implemented, so take everything you see here with a grain of salt.
