With new characters comes the opportunity to meet new and impressive voice actors, such as Angela Sant'Albano, the actress behind new co-protagonist Grace Ashcroft. Let's take a look at all the returning and new voice actors who bring life and death to characters in Resident Evil Requiem.
Grace Ashcroft
Played by Angela Sant'Albano.
Grace Ashcroft is an entirely new character to the series, and Requiem sees her trying to overcome her fears to learn more about the mystery behind her mother's death and Victor Gideon's mastermind. You will spend most of your time playing as her and learn more about her personality.

Grace was brought to life by voice actress Angela Sant'Albano, who made her video game industry debut in Requiem. She has previously had some experience in film, including being Rosa in Joss Whedon's The Nevers (2021-2023) and Bertha Perkins in the film Genius (2016). It's not a long career, so let's hope Angela gets all the recognition she deserves with her fantastic role in Requiem.

Leon S. Kennedy
Played by Nick Apostolides
The man who created women (and men) has thoughts that cannot be explained. Leon S. Kennedy, co-protagonist of RE2 and RE6 and protagonist of RE4, is back to get into the zombie-killing business once more. Requiem for a Man deals with a strange condition when he is the oldest (in his late 40s) and sees Victor Gideon investigate what it has to do with it.
Actor Nick Apostolides, who played Leon in the Resident Evil 2 and 4 remakes, once again brings his voice and soul to this new version of the character. Before becoming Leon, Apostolides already had a career in TV, film, and other video games such as the Life is Strange series.
Sam also had a chance to chat with Nick. They described his career as Leon in Requiem for a character that had long been a surprise and what he felt about this older iteration. Check out the interview here.
Victor Gideon
Played by Antony Byrne
Victor Gideon, the archenemy of Requiem, is a doctor who leads several of Umbrella's experiments and is a mysterious figure with extraordinary powers. As the story progresses, you'll find out what his deal is and why he cares so much about Grace and Leon.
Gideon is played by Antony Byrne, an actor you may remember from other video games such as Fable III, Vampyr, A Plague Tale: Requiem, and Dying Light 2. However, he also has a long career in television and has been part of many series over the years. Among them are Spender (1991-1993), Touch Evil (1997-1999), and Outlander (2014-2026).
Alyssa Ashcroft
played by Jane Perry
Grace's mother, Alyssa Ashcroft, is a character familiar to fans of the series since Resident Evil Outbreak. She was one of eight playable characters in the spinoff and was a journalist who escaped from Raccoon City. Twenty-three years later, we meet Alyssa again, and as her daughter, it's hinted at a big mystery that we'll be trying to solve throughout the game.
The great Jane Perry is the voice of Alyssa. Perry has had an interesting career in film and television, but her bigger and more iconic roles can definitely be found in the gaming industry. For example, he brought Selene to life in Returnal, earning him the 2021 BAFTA Award for Best Leading Role. She also had a big role in the new trilogy of Hitman games, voicing Diana Burnwood.
Her list of roles is quite long, from the narrator of 2010's Need For Speed: Hot Pursuit to the Crysis series, Alien Isolation, Soma, and more.
Emily
Played by Emma Rose Criner
Emily is a new character in the series and is a child trapped in a restricted area of the first big location explored in Requiem. She seems to have something special because she is visually impaired and has been taking tests for a long time. Grace will meet her and ask for help with a specific puzzle.
The young Emma Rose Creaner embodies this role, and surprisingly, she is stepping into the world of voice acting. But her debut was in 2025. Voiced by Marla Lee in Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines 2. She also had a minor role as Grace Blair in the 2024 TV series Hope Street. We look forward to seeing more of her in the future!
Chloe
Played by P. Sanderson
We don't see this character for long. unhappy Reason), Chloe is another child who was next to Emily in the restricted area of the care centre. She is voiced by Phie Sanderson, a very young actor who has been appearing on TV since a much younger age in shows such as Gigglebiz (2015) and The Outcast (2015). This is her first role in a video game.
Sanderson also voices the children in the orphanage section of Requiem.
Sherry Birkin
Played by Eden Rigel
Is this the same Sherry Birkin from Resident Evil 2 and 6? Yes, that's right! Annette and William Birkin's daughter returns as a supporting character, guiding Leo and providing information related to his discoveries.
Eden Riegel, Sherry's voice actor in RE6, returns, and she delves deeper into the character's personality. Riegel hasn't been out of action for many years, as his credits include May in Guilty Gear, Marie in Persona 4, Devola and Popola in Nier Automata, Hifumi Togo in Persona 5, the Handler in Monster Hunter World, and Coco Bandicoot in the latest Crash game.
xeno
Played by Craig Burnatowski
We won't spoil this too much, but there is another villain in Resident Evil Requiem and he is Xeno. You will meet a character that looks like this. kinda familiar Once you reach the final area of the game, you'll be taken to another iconic face from the franchise.
Craig Burnatowski is the man responsible for bringing Zeno, voiced by Albert Wesker, to life in the Resident Evil 4 Remake. Apart from that, he has also worked on other games such as Star Wars Outlaws, Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora, and Watch Dogs 2.
It's also worth mentioning that the legendary Lord Ozwell E Spencer, the man behind pretty much everything in the Resident Evil series, makes a small appearance in the game. He is voiced by James Clyde, the Bloody Baron from The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt.
