However, most of the leaks that followed then focused on the console's hardware.

In contrast, one of the newly emerged rumors deals with the device's expected price and launch game lineup. On the fast-growing Nintendo Switch 2 Discord server, user DoNotDisturb recently claimed that the upcoming console will be priced at €399 in Europe, citing an anonymous source from French retailer Micromania. These numbers are consistent with, but still at, the lower end of the Switch 2 price range outlined in other recent reports.

The same source claims that Micromania has already received a list of Switch 2 launch titles, which is believed to consist of 25 games, priced between €69 and €79. Unlike other major publishers, Nintendo has yet to raise the prices of new AAA games above $60 / €60. The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom This is the only exception so far. So the notion that every single Switch 2 release game will sell for more than 69 euros seems questionable. For comparison, the price tag of 79 euros is in line with the prices of new AAA PS5 games in Europe. According to Game Rant's review of Micromania's current pricing, the French retailer doesn't mark up the majority of Switch games compared to its competitors, so there's no indication that it will start doing so with Switch 2 titles.
Even if DoNotDisturb's information is accurate, it's unclear whether the list of Switch 2 launch titles that Micromania claims is complete. The same source also claimed that Nintendo Switch Online prices will increase once the upcoming console launches. Nintendo recently confirmed that the Switch 2 will support NSO, but made no mention of any pricing changes.
