Borksen's cheating is highlighted by HxH

The final three chapters of HxH, chapters 407, 408, and 409, all focus on a one-card game played between Morena, the leader of Heil-Ly, and Borksen, one of the members of Tserriednich's personal army. In the final chapter, fans saw Borksen eventually choose the “yes” card. Fans wondered why she would do this if she didn't even want to join Morena. In this chapter, readers will discover why. Borksen had to choose between Yes and No, and couldn't choose the X card, all for one reason. Borksen cheated. Due to Morena's ability, if someone cheats, they will only have these two options and lose everything else.

It turned out that Borksen had cheated by putting a small mark on the card when asked to check it again. Borksen even tried to hide it by destroying the card at the end. But her misconduct did not escape Morena's power, and so she was punished. Borksen confirmed out loud that he had chosen the Yes Card, but internally he did not want to do it. This is one of the manipulation aspects of the Morena ability that is enabled by cheating. Morena certainly seemed disappointed by Borksen's actions, but that was definitely expected as he didn't want to die by picking the “no” card.

Once that is achieved she will become a level 1 member compared to now where she remains level 0. Once you reach level 1, you can start killing to level up and eventually acquire Nen abilities.

Morena actually reveals more information about Contagion Nen's abilities. She tells Borksen that civilians are level 1, Nen users are level 10, and Princes are level 50. Readers already know all this. What's new is that Morena compares Contagion to a gaming app. In this game, she manages data. You can find out the member's level, number of points, location, status, etc. This game cannot end unless a person clears the game (reaches level 100 and starts their own game, the manager dies, or the “phone” is destroyed, which I won't elaborate on further).

Morena reveals that members of Heil-Ly are actually free to do what they want, as long as they are deemed useful in the long run. At first glance, when reading this chapter, readers can easily assume that most of Prince Kakin was murdered by Benjamin. However, it is more likely that they were captured to use as hostages, although some casualties were not reported.

Benjamin orders his men to focus on finding Zhang Lei, who escaped to Tier 2 to reunite with his mafia family. Prince Ruzurus's whereabouts are also unknown, but he may be dead.

Benjamin declared martial law to end this war of succession once and for all, and he had very limited time. He only had about 9 hours and 30 minutes left before he died. Because he seems to have been under the influence of something, perhaps the same weapon used against Halkenburg. It's unknown who did this, but it could have been Halkenburg in Might's body.
