The Evolution of the Halo CampaignIn the final mission, The Maw, The last three skulls you want to collect: Loaded Reload, Boom, and Thunderstorm.. With the arrivals terminal, this will be quite the finale. Especially when you have to collect the final skull as the clock ticks towards Master Chief's doom! Below you can find all the collectibles in the order they appear (and their skull effects).
Terminal 1: Arrival location
The first collectible is the arrival terminal. You can find this terminal during the objective to reach the Bridge of Fall. Following the main objective will take you to the mess hall/dining area of the ship. When you come in through the main door, go to the right wall where the terminal is.
Skull #1: Loaded Reload Position
When you reach the bridge of the fall, a cutscene will play. After the cutscene, your new objective is to reach the cryogenic storage facility. This is a linear objective, so follow the marker until you reach a room with four cryo pods where the Flood will fight the Sentinels. You can find a skeleton in the back left corner above the destroyed passage.
Reload your weapon while holding the reload skull.
Skull #2: Boom Position
Continue through the missions until you expose four cores and are tasked with destroying them with grenades or rockets. Once you enter the room, follow the path upwards along the ramp on the right to reach the second floor, and continue to reach the third floor.
There's a platform ahead with two interactable terminals, so ignore the terminals and jump across the gap into the open room (the one to the right of the door marked “EXIT”). Now look down at the ledge you just jumped off and you'll spot a skeleton in the crevice. You can reach it by landing in the gap and crouching.
Boom Skull doubles the explosion radius.
Skull #3: Thunderstorm
After destroying four cores, you will be tasked with escaping the Pillar of Autumn. Follow the objective to a room full of warthogs and drive one through the marker. You will soon reach a ramp that leads to an underground tunnel. Look on the right wall for a door you can drive through.
As soon as you pass through this area there is another door to your right that you can enter. Leave the Warthog and walk to the center of this room and look to the right to find a skull.
The Thunderstorm Skull upgrades the ranks of most enemies.
