The co-founder of popular streaming organization OTK has been embroiled in a legal battle against two former colleagues since late 2025. Mizkif formally filed a lawsuit against Emiru and OTK co-founder Asmongold in November 2025, seeking punitive damages for defamation in the aftermath of the controversy surrounding his departure from OTK. Mizkif was accused of harassment by Emiru, and Asmongold was also named in the suit, claiming that Emiru and Asmongold's abuse had seriously damaged her reputation as a content creator. According to the latest update, the legal battle between Mizkiv and Emiru is now ready to proceed.

Mizkif provided an update on the status of his ongoing lawsuit against his former OTK colleague in a recent YouTube video. Mizkif read part of his case against Emiru in the video and claimed Emiru's claims were false. He said Emiru did not “admit everything” as he claimed in a previous live stream, and that Emiru and former OTK co-founder Asmongold's claims had caused serious damage to his reputation and caused him to lose friends. Mizkif confirmed that the magistrate had proposed bringing proceedings against Emiru, saying his claims “could reasonably have a defamatory meaning”. Mizkiv quickly clarified that the judge's statement was not a formal ruling but rather a suggestion for the court to proceed with the case.

Along with an update on the lawsuit against Emiru, Mizkif also shared an update on the lawsuit against Asmongold. The magistrate suggested that Mizkif should have his case against Asmongold dismissed without prejudice in the same court, potentially with the option of reopening the case at a later date. The judge also urged Mizkif to seek arbitration and file a lawsuit against OTK, Mythic Talent, and King Gaming Labs, with Mizkif ultimately rejecting the arbitration offer. The report also recommended that Mizkif should submit a final statement to the court, including specific quotes from Emiru's live stream and evidence debunking her claims.
The allegations made against Mizkif soon became one of the biggest controversies in the streaming community. Emiru's original claim against Mizkif was that the streamer had committed various serious crimes, including emotional abuse, sexual assault, and failing to feed his pet rabbit, which Emiru claimed resulted in his death. Emiru's claims led to more streamers being accused of misconduct, including fellow Twitch streamer Quqco accusing Mizkif of sexual assault.
With Mizkif's ongoing lawsuit against the two streamers, Asmongold has already shared his reaction to the legal dispute. Asmongold formally filed a motion to dismiss the case against him in February 2026, saying Mizkif had failed to present a valid claim against him within the case. The streamer's attorney also addressed any reaction Asmongold might make to the streaming lawsuit, saying Mizkif's public comments about the legal proceedings cannot be kept as evidence against Asmongold. Mizkif's lawsuit against Emiru is becoming more complicated by the day, and the streamer is likely preparing for a long and messy legal battle.
