Over the last few years, the Jujutsu Kaisen franchise has become one of the best anime of all time. Yuji's story is one filled with deep and complex moral lessons, epic battles, and memorable characters that have stolen the hearts of millions of fans across the globe.
J.J.K. is also home to some of the most unique techniques ever envisioned, incorporating themes, tools, and restrictions that made them more than just special attacks. Some of these incredibly well-written skills are also outstandingly powerful, in some cases enough to defeat even the King of Curses himself, Ryomen Sukuna.

Jujutsu Kaisen: 20 Strongest Powers Of Sukuna
Sukuna is arguably the most powerful character in Jujutsu Kaisen, and here are some of his most powerful abilities.

Gojo's Limitless and Six Eyes Were Vastly Superior to Sukuna's Innate Power
The Gojo clan was infamous among sorcerer families not only for the immense political power they held, but also for the overwhelming power they wielded. The innate technique of this clan, simply known as Limitless, granted them the ability to manifest the concept of infinity into real life. By manipulating the fabric of reality, a member of this family could create powerful attacks that could devastate an opponent.
To properly utilize these abilities, the user would need an almost infinite amount of Cursed Energy, granted to only one individual every 400 years: The Six Eyes. Satoru Gojo, owner of both these abilities, had reflexes and innate battle instincts that put him above all other sorcerers. Realistically, Gojo should have been able to beat Sukuna with these techniques, and most fans agree the only reason he didn't was because of plot necessities.

The Zenin Clan's Ten Shadows Could Summon Mighty Monsters
The most powerful ability of the Zenin clan, this technique was taught to those who showed the most potential as fighters. The user would need to perform specific hand gestures to cause their shadow to resemble different creatures. Doing these would allow the beasts known as Shikigami to travel between the darkness and aid the summoner; Although the technique did require the user to first defeat and tame the monster.
Among the incredibly powerful beings belonging to this technique, there was one legendary creature known for its immense and uncontrollable power: Mahoraga. Capable of adapting to any combat style and attack, this beast was on a completely different level. While outstandingly hard, a user of the Ten Shadows capable of taming Mahoraga could have likely been overwhelmed and defeated Sukuna.

Yuta is a One-Man Army Thanks to His Copy Technique
One of the main reasons why Yuta Okotsu was considered one of the strongest sorcerers in the Jujutsu Kaisen franchise was his powerful innate technique, Copy. By having his Shikigami, Rika, consume the flesh of a target, the user becomes able to learn and utilize the abilities of this person for a period of 5 minutes. While the capacity of this technique is virtually endless, it does require Rika to manifest, as a human cannot hold all the knowledge at once.

Jujutsu Kaisen: Every Special Grade Curse, Ranked
Special Grade curses are exceptionally powerful, and they can make short work of the best sorcerers.
These heavy restrictions, Copy proved to be an extremely effective tool against Sukuna, forcing him to assume a more defensive role despite the final battle. As such, it is fair to assume that a much more experienced fighter, as well as someone with enough time to master every aspect of their technique and train extensively with the copied abilities, could prove to be a deadly opponent for Sukuna.

Idle Transfiguration Bypasses the Body to Attack the Soul
Wielded by the living embodiment of all fear and hatred felt by humans, Mahito, Idle Transfiguration is one of the most terrifying and deadly techniques in the entire series. Unlike many other abilities, which grant its user physical boosts or destructive attacks, this skill focuses entirely on a target's soul. As such, almost no defenses in the world of the series can prevent the damage caused by this attack.
While Sukuna was indeed able to resist this technique and even punish Mahito for trying to use it on his vessel, this was because the King of Curses could focus entirely on protecting his soul. In combat against an experienced fighter granted Idle Transfiguration, Sukuna's soul would indeed receive heavy damage, as it was proven to be one of his weak spots.
Although techniques that help the user become virtually unstoppable or overwhelmingly strong are often the most useful in battle, some can rely on other factors to dominate the match. Such is the case of Takaba's Comedian, a skill that allowed the owner to manipulate all reality around him as long as he truly believed his actions were funny.
By utilizing this power, Takaba was capable of virtually anything, from forcing his opponents to join in on a joke to completely negating their attacks because the sketch called for that outcome. Powerful and legendary sorcerers such as Kenjauku, who had lived for thousands of years, were unable to escape the might of this technique. While this ability would not necessarily injure Sukuna, it would both tire and disorient him, making it easier for the user to strike him down.

Blood Manipulation Was Proven to be Quite Effective Against Sukuna
A risky yet extremely useful technique that turns the essence of life into a deadly weapon, Blood Manipulation is a skill that gives the user absolute control over their own blood supply. This means they can either utilize it to enhance their bodies by becoming quicker or more muscular, or utilize the liquid to create weapons and constructs that can cause significant damage in a fight.

Jujutsu Kaisen: Every Form Of Sukuna, Ranked From Weakest To Strongest
Sukuna is undoubtedly the strongest character in the original Jujutsu Kaisen, and here are the strongest forms he has shown in the series!
Experienced users like Choso were even able to infuse their blood with poisons to give their already powerful attacks another layer of danger, by slowly damaging the opponent from the inside. It was shown during the battle that the speed and force of this technique were enough to indeed damage Sukuna, meaning that a more experienced sorcerer with absolute control over the ability could indeed win a battle against the King of Curses.

Cursed Spirit Manipulation Users Can Summon Armies of Fighters
The world of Jujutsu Kaisen is one filled with peril and death for innocent bystanders, as the very nature of human existence brought about the birth of powerful and bloodthirsty monsters known as Curses. Despite some of these beings being quite easy for sorcerers to deal with, there are some with incredible powers who could easily cause havoc on their own.
As such, having control of these beasts is by far one of the most useful tools a fighter could have, as was the case with the users of Curse Spirit Manipulation. Besides having control over every Curse they could defeat, the one holding this power can also merge them into a powerful beam of energy imbued with the abilities of the spirits captured, known as Maximum: Uzumaki. It would be a harsh and likely lengthy battle, but someone armed with the right Cursed Spirits could potentially surpass Sukuna in combat.
3
Idle Death Gamble Makes the User An Unstoppable Force
Objectively, one of the most unique techniques in the entire series, Idle Death Gamble, is the Domain Expansion used by Hakari, considered by many fans as one of the strongest. When activated, the user and the opponent are transported to a Pachinko parlor, where different machines will continue playing by themselves and grant the caster different abilities based on the results.
If, at any point, the user can achieve a jackpot, the Domain turns them into a virtually immortal, unstoppable fighter, granting them a regeneration far superior to any other in the franchise and an unlimited amount of Cursed Energy. While Hakari himself lacked the ability and power to beat Sukuna by himself, a stronger fighter utilizing this domain could theoretically overcome Sukuna's strength and win the battle.

Dabura's Light and Killing Intent are Powers Out of This World
Jujutsu Kaisen: Modulo, the direct sequel to the original series, introduced several powerful characters who completely rewrote the meaning of power inside the Jujutsu Kaisen universe. Dabura, the leader of the Deskunte Tribe, possesses one of the most impressive skills, considered a fighter on par with Sukuna, mostly due to his impeccable innate technique.
As part of his heritage, Dabura learned to manifest his killing intent into a physical, imposing force capable of dealing heavy damage to an adversary. If this technique failed, he could always fall back on his Light skill, which granted him total control over light, the ability to create dangerous constructs, and even move at impossibly high speeds. Sukuna is a truly mighty opponent, but the agility granted by this technique could easily overwhelm him.

Maru's Chaos and Harmony Alter Reality According to the User's Wishes
Utilized by Maru throughout the Modulo series, Chaos and Harmony are two complementary techniques that can completely alter the course of a battle. As hinted by their names, these abilities have the potential to bypass the laws of reality and bring virtually any idea into the world. For example, by utilizing Chaos, Maru would be able to make water freeze even when it has reached the boiling point, or completely erase the defenses of an opponent.
Harmony harnesses the innate balance of the universe to either find the solutions to a problem or bring about the events that will bring order to a battlefield. With these two powerful abilities at their side, an experienced sorcerer would be able to quickly overwhelm Sukuna, disabling his most powerful defensive skills or obtaining the tools or allies needed to win the battle.
