The modified A499 is a breech-loading rifle that requires reloading after firing a single shot. Anarchy received a massive buff in the Monument of Victory update. Traps now deal 30% more damage while active, explode for double damage, and last longer, making this exotic a great complement to legendary weapons like Conspiracy Honed.
If you don't have Anarchy yet, you can purchase it from the Exotic Archive, located next to the Vault and Seasonal Archive kiosks in the tower. However, for this you will need the loot of conquest, which can be obtained by playing raids.

Like Anarchy, Truth also received a significant buff to its damage output. A Thousand Voices may be the best heavy weapon for boss damage. Destiny 2. This weapon's catalyst nearly doubles its damage output, and when combined with the Particle Reconstruction Artifact mod, you get more damage and an auto-reload effect, further increasing 1K Voices' DPS. It's hard to put into words just how powerful One Thousand Voices is, and honestly, even without the catalyst it's still pretty good.

Holy is not meant to deal damage like all the other weapons on this list. Instead, it creates a large dome that players can shoot at to deal more damage to enemies, making it easier to deal damage.
