While he is responsible for teaching bilingual English, he also uses his unique voice to advocate for his students to the best of his abilities.
Similar to a sonic scream, Present Mic's unusual voice can emit destructive sound waves powerful enough to shatter glass, immobilize multiple targets, and even explode the eardrums of anyone within range. In addition to his voice, Present Mike is also an observant and insightful instructor who can recognize students' potential and hidden secrets.

Dealing with a skilled marksman on the battlefield is always dangerous, and Snipe demonstrates why. Known for his outstanding aim, he is widely regarded as one of the best marksmen in the world. My Hero Academia, sIn marksmanship, it is only credited to Lady Nagant.
Snipe is most dangerous when fighting from a distance, and his incredible accuracy allows him to easily neutralize threats. The bullets he fires can track their target even after being shot, making them incredibly difficult to dodge. Independently, Vlad King is one of the most powerful teachers at UA High School, powerful enough to handle Dabi while also protecting his students. Although he falls short of All Might's legendary levels of strength and speed, he is exceptionally strong by hero standards and boasts physical prowess that surpasses that of most fighters.
His specialty, blood control, allows him to drain and reabsorb his blood at will, manipulating it into a variety of forms that can be used to restrain, immobilize, and overwhelm his enemies on the battlefield.

Cementoss is a UA instructor with no shortage of weapons.
In urban environments, Cementoss can easily dominate the battlefield thanks to its Quirk, Cement, which grants it the ability to literally manipulate existing cement and concrete to its will. From reshaping walls and columns to large buildings, anything with cement or concrete is at your disposal in Cementoss.
At UA High School, Cementoss may not be the flashiest member of the faculty, but he is always willing to assist students whenever they need guidance. He teaches modern literature, and although he may seem overbearing, he truly has his students' best interests in mind.

When it comes to missions that require search and rescue, Thirteen is the standout UA teacher you can rely on the most. Her black hole properties allow Thirteen to instantly release a black hole-like vacuum from both hands, creating a powerful suction force that pulls targets in and turns almost anything caught within it into dust.
Not even light can escape 13's black hole, making it one of the most dangerous quirks in the series if misused or unleashed without limit. Her unusual ability is one of the most handy in search and rescue missions, and can even be life-threatening when needed.

Ectoplasm is a math teacher who leads an army of clones.
At first glance, Ectoplasm seems like a dangerous villain with malicious intentions. But behind his misleading appearance lies a capable teacher of math while wielding a powerful quirk that is crucial for engaging multiple enemies or patrolling large areas simultaneously.
Ectoplasm's Quirk allows him to create multiple copies of himself, with a track record of creating up to 36 clones at once. Most impressively, Ectoplasm can create giant clones composed entirely of ectoplasm, capable of restraining, trapping, and overpowering his opponents with his immense size and strength.

Eraserhead turned Class 1-A into the heroes of the future.
Initially, Eraserhead was reluctant to teach at UA High School, believing that taking on the role of instructor would be an impractical and irrational decision. Even when Principal Nezu accepted the application on Midnight's behalf, Eraserhead wasn't entirely sure about pursuing a career in education.
Despite this, Eraserhead took on the role of Class 1-A's homeroom teacher and became one of the most trusted mentors at UA High School. Known for his ability to negate Quirks and his keen intellect, Eraserhead teaches his students the importance of adaptability, strategy, and remaining calm under pressure, preparing them for the harsh realities of hero work.

All Might was once the strongest teacher at UA High.
One of the reasons All Might accepted a teaching position at UA High School was to find a worthy successor to the One For All Quirk. He truly believed that someone from UA would be the ideal choice, with Lemillion as the top candidate until Izuku Midoriya emerged as the perfect fit for the role.
By the time All Might became a teacher, he was no longer in his prime due to an injury he sustained against All For One a few years earlier. Nonetheless, All Might remained a symbol of peace and heroism for some time, continuing to inspire heroes and civilians alike with his unique OFA qualities.
Despite being weakened by serious injuries, All Might was still powerful enough to hold his own against Nomu and All For One, showing that even a fraction of his former strength could overwhelm even the strongest opponents.

Izuku Midoriya is the perfect UA teacher for our future heroes
Izuku Midoriya is best remembered for defeating Tomura Shigaraki in the final season. My Hero Academia. As fans know, he inherited the trait of One For All from his ultimate idol in Quirkless, later gaining access to all of the previous bearer's traits. However, Izuku pulls off his OFA quirk during his final confrontation with Shigaraki.
Years later, Izuku accepted a role teaching students at UA High School, training future heroes who would do their best to uphold the values of heroism. It was after All Might and his friends that Izuku returned to action, wearing powerful armor that allowed him to use the OFA's lost powers.
