Animals roam around the island and have no fixed location. Because of this, it is impossible to pinpoint its exact location within the island. You'll have to explore a bit to find them. Fortunately, they are relatively easy to spot, as they don't like to stay still and are constantly on the move.

How to transport animals in Solarpunk

This allows you to gather all the animals from around the world in one location, or multiple locations if you wish.

How to Raise Animals in Solarpunk

If you want to raise animals, you first need to research them. animal base pack From the Tier 6 Research Table. This will unlock the Chicken Coop, Feeder, Water Bucket, and Feeding Pouch recipes, all of which can be crafted at the crafting table.

Raising animals involves caring for their needs, and all animals have the same needs: food, water, and shelter.

  • food: Place a feeder near the animal's location, fill it with food bags, and the animal will eat automatically over time.
  • water: If you place a water tank near where the animal is and fill it with water using a watering can, it will automatically drink when it gets thirsty.
  • Shelter: Set up an animal shelter where you want to start your farm and attract animals to register at that location (see details below).

If you meet an animal's needs for food, water, and shelter for a long period of time, you will receive farming-only items intermittently. You can take your animal to the designated shelter by placing it in an attached basket.

All three of these items are required for important Tradebot transactions that must be completed to unlock new airship upgrades and expand the areas you can travel to in the game world.
