How to Solve the Mushroom Block Puzzle in Deltarune Chapter 5
After entering the room, talk to the flower NPC at the top and he will tell you that the path is blocked but he knows how to open it. They will ask you to get them some mushrooms on the south side of the room.
There are four different mushrooms available, and interacting with one of them will create a mushroom on Chris' head. These mushrooms can be stacked vertically, one of which will give you multiple mushrooms and can carry up to 6 at a time. As you walk towards the flower NPC, five mushrooms will fall down, leaving only one mushroom left to deliver.
The NPC isn't satisfied with just one mushroom and asks you to bring him another mushroom. However, you shouldn't waste your time making this request, as the Flower NPC is actually a distraction and doesn't provide a solution to the puzzle.
Instead, your goal is to carry multiple mushrooms on your head and have them fall across the room. When you land on the ground, foxes hidden under various items will appear. One of these foxes is under a block that you must move to progress.
Interact with the fox, place it on its head and take it to the right of the puzzle. When you place it down, it transforms back into a block that you can push into the correct location and open the way to move forward.
You can use the same method to access the chest on the right side of the room. You can lure a fox with a mushroom, take it to the required spot, and then place it down to create a block that can reach the chest containing the mushroom. netski hat armor.
