The best arc of NTE's Chaos

what you want	What you want is Chaos' signature arc. NTE. This is a simple arc that grants him a whopping 24% critical strike rate and increases Rakshana DMG by 20% through a passive effect. Afterwards, whenever Chaos casts a skill or ultimate, critical strike damage is increased by 40%. All of these effects significantly improve DPS and allow Chaos to work better with his team. NTE. Signature Arc has a Critical Rate sub-stat, so it's a good idea to give Chaos the Critical DMG primary stat when making a set of cartridges.
fluff of cruelty	Fluff of Ferocity is another option that is more P2W-oriented but still provides a decent amount of DMG to Chaos. When wielding the Flush of Cruelty, Chaos gains critical damage and an ATK% buff. All Chaos needs to do to get the buff is land critical, which should be an easy requirement for him considering his entire build revolves around critical strikes.
camellia	Unfortunately, Chaos doesn't have any real F2P options, so we recommend building Chaos using stat sticks like Camellia Society. The S-rank Arc has incredible base attack and critical strike sub-stats that greatly increase Chaos' DPS. Other than that, it's hard for Chaos to get anything from his passive effects.

Each time you configure your console with a Type III module, Chaos gains 16% Crit DMG. His best cartridge set, Street Boxer, provides two Type III modules, increasing critical damage by 32%. After completing the cartridge set, you will have enough slots to add two more Type III modules, which will add 32% more critical damage, for a total of 64% more critical damage. That's really impressive.
