This would require significant upgrades for Naruto Uzumaki, and given the fact that Sasuke Uchiha gained tremendous strength during this timeskip, these upgrades are already a reality. At one point in Boruto, Sasuke fails to scratch Jigen in battle despite support from Naruto Uzumaki. But as we clearly saw in Boruto: Two Blue Swirls In Chapter 5 on December 20, 2023, Sasuke was able to seriously wound Code and take out his eye without even the Rinnegan, despite Code being much stronger than Jigen. Apparently, Sasuke trained with Boruto during the time skip and achieved a higher level of power. This practically confirms that Naruto Uzumaki will also grow in strength after his return, and one of the ways he could potentially do this is through the use of scientific ninja techniques.

For those of you who don't remember, Momoshiki had the ability to absorb any form of chakra from his hands and become his own chakra. Another ability he could utilize with other Rinnegan was to expel this chakra by making it many times stronger. While the absorption portion of this prosthetic arm is working perfectly, Katasuke is still undergoing expulsion work, and it has been officially confirmed that this prosthetic arm is still a prototype and is being further developed.
Three years have passed since then, and it's very possible that this prototype is now fully developed. This means that when Naruto Uzumaki returns, he could potentially utilize this new Otsutsuki jutsu to make him incredibly powerful.

Considering that there is still a genius scientist Amado in the village, the possibility that this hand will be given to Naruto is even higher. Using his high intelligence, this prosthetic's banishing ability would also have been perfected. This means that Naruto will officially be in charge of the powerful Otsutsuki Rinnegan Jutsu. He can then use it to greatly enhance his own strength while also taking down powerful enemies of Otsutsuki level.

So, with this new prosthetic arm, Naruto could potentially also gain Wood Release Kekkei Genkai, combined with the ability to absorb and expel chakra. The combination of these two powers can take Naruto to a whole new level, especially when combined with the officially upgraded Sage Mode, which was briefly introduced in Chapter 64 of Boruto. All things considered, Naruto Uzumaki's growth in terms of strength is already a given, and it is only a matter of time before he gains greater strength through these unique means.
