Pop Off is Mineta's signature feature, which allows him to create sticky spheres from his scalp that can be used in a variety of ways. He can use it to gain additional influence in battle or to bombard his enemies. It may be useful, but it doesn't provide much benefit. Moreover, it cannot be used indefinitely in battle. The more you pull, the greater the damage to your scalp. If you do too much, your scalp may start to bleed, showing that this unusual thing isn't actually special in any way.

One of the most bizarre features introduced in My Hero AcademiaTelescoping allows them to retract their body parts on their own, similar to how turtles use their shells. The user ends up looking like a strange individual and this Quirk doesn't have much utility.
At best, the user can avoid some attacks aimed at them and surprise their opponent once. Overall, this is one of the most useless quirks fans have seen in My Hero Academia, and it wouldn't make much of a difference if this quirk didn't exist.

Yoichi's Quirk is quite interesting. Fans know that he was the first user of One For All, and that the Quirk itself is one of the most powerful in the entire series, if not the most powerful. However, Yoichi originally had a trait that could be transferred from one person to another. This was one half of what later became known as One For All.
Yoichi's Quirk was useless on its own. All it could do was pass it on to others and offer them nothing. No matter how fans see it, the original Quirk he had was completely useless. It wasn't until All For One gave him a Quirk to store his power that he gave birth to One For All, which became one of the most powerful Quirks in the entire series.

sliding quirk
The Sliding Quirk that Slidin' Go utilizes is an unnamed meta ability that fans have seen quite a bit in the series. It was also displayed in the battle between the League of Villains and the Meta Liberation Army.
Fans have been able to see Slidin' Go use this Quirk, which allows him to slide over surfaces for long distances. That's all the Quirk does, and while it's a very fun feature to use and will help you on your journey, it doesn't do much more than that in a world where heroes and villains run everything.

Mushrooms are abilities that have both advantages and disadvantages. Basically, the Quirk user can spread spores and create mushrooms anywhere. This Quirk can also be used to cause asphyxiation, making it a dangerous weapon.
However, the disadvantage of this quark is that it takes quite a long time for the spores to spread, and at the same time, an ideal environment must be provided for this quark to show its true color. Without it, the Mushroom trait isn't even worth using. However, even if successful, it can be easily countered by ordinary individuals, which is very disappointing.
