Tasers do not have a fixed spawn location. I found mine in the kitchen drawer, but saw other players take it from drawers in other rooms. Therefore, you are not guaranteed a position to run to when the match starts.
The best way is to open every drawer you can find. While exploring the house. It may take a bit of searching, but for now this is the most reliable way to find a Taser.
