My preferred method is to place a Ward of Dawn Super on the roof of the yellow building on the right. I was then Use my Heavy Combat Bow to shoot 5 bolts at the top of the bubble. (When looking down).

If Rebellion Prime is between the green and yellow buildings, push him to the edge of the green building.. You'll want to push him into the corner of the building with the impact of the high bolt.

then immediately Jump in his crotch and hit him in meleeThis is Ping him around the corner of the building and send him flying into the sky.This moves him far enough that he cannot teleport away and instead enters the kill barrier.

It may take a while for Insurrection Prime to pass through the kill barrier and die, but as long as he doesn't teleport back to the map, his health bar will deplete, enemies will disappear, and you can claim a reward chest!

Attempting to play Insurrection Prime is much more difficult and luck-based than Morgeth. So you might want to be patient, but try to find some way to randomness. I've attached a video above of how I completed this encounter.
