Being essentially a traditional roguelike, no two runs play out the same way, and a lot of the variety comes from the captains you choose and the numerous build paths you can follow. After a few brave runs (some fruitful, some fairly short-lived) it was clear that I had only scratched the surface and that the ocean floor had a lot more to offer.
