Hero Balloon completely changed the LavaLoon deck when it was released. This ability drops Skeletal Troopers onto nearby enemies. The fall itself will cause damage and the Skeletrooper will begin attacking.
What makes it so powerful is that the landing damage is enough to take out a lot of pesky support cards like Firecracker, Princess, Dart Goblin, Archer, etc. I ended up using Hero Balloon quite a bit during draft events, activating its ability almost every time.
Heroic Ice Golem

It's also a great help against buildings that would normally block your push. That said, if the opposition deploys their forces well and keeps the bowler distracted, the ability becomes much less scary.

Your opponent drops a Mini PEKKA or Prince to block your push, and suddenly that card flies into another lane as your Giant continues walking towards the tower.
But the reason I don't rank it higher is because it's a bit matchup dependent. I have seen many games where simple musketeers and buildings were enough to stop the pressure. Because neither card needed to be close enough for its abilities to matter.
Heroic Barbarian Barrel
The Hero Barbarian Barrel's ability allows you to re-roll and also heal a bit. This gives you a second chance to get value and allows you to connect to the tower in most situations. Still, it's not always surprising. If there's nothing in your path and your HP is low, the second roll may feel useless.
Hero Mini Pekka
For 1 Elixir, you can use the Hero Mini PEKKA's abilities to upgrade its level and provide some healing. The idea is that the more connected you are to the military, the stronger you become.
If it progresses, it can become a real problem for the other person. In theory, you could end up with a top-notch Mini PEKKA that starts shredding everything.
