The Phasic Homogenizer is a solid F2P weapon for Lucy. storm waves. Wielding the standard 5-star pistol gives Lucy the same base attack and critical damage sub-stats as her signature weapon, which is great for gameplay. Additionally, the weapon's passive grants ATK% and Spectro DMG, strengthening the entire kit. When wielding Phasic Homogenizer, Lucy loses the heavy attack DMG buff she gained from her highest slot. This is why Phasic Homogenizer comes in second place. If you don't plan on picking up her signature weapon, it's still a decent F2P option for her. |

Static Mist is Lucy's choice. wow. You can use it if you don't have a Phasic Homogenizer and don't currently plan on using a standard weapon. It should be treated as a placeholder until a better choice is found. The main reason this weapon is a good weapon for Lucy is the critical strike rate gained from the weapon's sub-stats along with decent base damage. Aside from that, the F2P weapon grants the ability to increase Lucy's energy regeneration and increase the attack power of the next character by 10%, which helps the gameplay since the team rotates a lot, but is not as important compared to the others. |
