Araya
Before the time skip, Araya was one of the best genin in the Sand Village, and later became one of the best chunin. He is the best puppeteer of the new generation, having been trained directly by Kankuro, the best puppeteer of the previous generation. Sasori is one of the Sand Village's strongest ninjas and a true master puppeteer, and Araya has already surpassed him in one respect.
Most puppet masters are at a disadvantage in close range combat, but Araya is not at such a disadvantage because he is a master swordsman. It's actually his preferred method of fighting. Iron Sand is still considered the Sand Village's most powerful weapon, and Araya is able to control it with Shinki's chakra-infused sword. Shinki is Gaara's adopted son, and it is clear that he will one day succeed him as the Sixth Kazekage of the Sand Village. This would make Shinki the most powerful new generation ninja of the Sand Village. Of all the legendary Kage in the franchise, the third Kazekage is especially powerful because he was created from iron sand. Shinki is one of the few people in the world who can control it, and his skills are already on par with Gaara's sand manipulation.
As a Chunin, Shinki can already subdue weak Otsutsuki Clan members with iron sand for a short period of time. He also became strong enough to subdue a Cage-level ninja with sand. Uzumaki Himawari
Himawari inherited the Byakugan from Hinata, meaning she can see the chakra circulation system and hit chakra points with perfect precision. She also seems to have inherited Naruto's life force and chakra. The synergy between her Uzumaki and Hyuga blood is the main reason why the Nine-Tails were resurrected inside Himawari. Himawari has not only become a Jinchuriki, but she is already on her way to becoming one of the most powerful Jinchuriki in the franchise.
Himawari has already become the perfect Jinchuriki. This means you have access to the Tailed Beast's massive chakra, but are able to draw more of his power due to their higher compatibility. She can use the Jinchuriki transformation, which enhances her strength and speed enough to fight Jura, the strongest of the already sentient Divine Trees. Kawaki
Kawaki is a transformed Otsutsuki-cyborg destined to become the perfect vessel for Isshiki Otutsuki. Kawaki can now claim to be as powerful as Jigen, one of the few characters to have defeated Naruto. He can alter his physiology thanks to microscopic scientific ninja tools in his body. As a result, Kawaki can create large claws and biological arm cannons that generate lethal energy blasts.
Kawaki is still able to access Isshiki's power through the karma restored by Amado, resulting in him essentially becoming a full Otsutsuki. Not only has Kawaki's physical abilities all improved, but he can also fly and use the Kokugan eyeball Kekkei Genkai. Kawaki can use Sukunahiko or Shinjutsu to shrink and enlarge objects whenever he wants, as well as store objects in a pocket dimension.
