A Hero's Journey update is scheduled for release on June 3, 2026. Gameloft hasn't officially confirmed a release date, but Dreamlight Valley Updates are almost always posted around 9:00 AM ET. Below you can find estimated release times for various time zones.

This update includes a lot of new content, but what I'm most excited about are the new characters. This time we are getting Hercules and his iconic trainer Phil both joined the Valley from Disney. Hercules (1997).
Like most characters, the newly added Disney icon will have his own area inside the Dream Castle. You must visit the place, meet the duo, and complete their quest before they move to your valley. After unlocking it, you can do the Friendship quest.
Unlocking areas is not free. You'll need to spend some Dreamlight to open the door, so be sure to save some money before downloading the update.
Of course, that won't be the case. Dreamlight Valley Update without new Star Path. As always, Dreamers will be given a list of missions to complete, each of which will reward tokens that can be exchanged for exclusive items.
hero's journey The update will also bring several limited-time events later this month. The first one is Dreamlight Parks Fest runs from June 10th to June 30th.. After that, players can participate in the following events: The Picture Pursuit event runs from July 15th to July 28th.
